Job Summary: As the SVP of Sales you will be a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, hands-on sales expertise, and team management capabilities. The SVP of Sales will be a "player-coach," actively engaged in closing business while also leading and developing a high-performing sales team.



RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales organization, setting clear goals and expectations.

  • Business Development: Actively engage in closing complex sales deals and building strong relationships with key clients.

  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a talented sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

  • Min 3 - 5 years sales management experience.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and closing complex deals.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range - $235,000 - $266,000

  • Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)

 Traditional Physical Requirements

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
