Description

About Firebolt

Firebolt is the Cloud Data Warehouse designed to handle the speed, scale, and flexibility of AI applications. By delivering ultra-low latency, high concurrency, multi-dimensional elasticity, and flexibility, Firebolt empowers organizations to build data-intensive AI applications that perform at scale. With over $270m in funding to date, a strong engineering team and highly experienced leadership, Firebolt is well positioned to revolutionize the AI data infrastructure space and help businesses unlock the full potential of their data.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to establish and scale our Revenue Operations function from the ground up. This pivotal role will drive operational efficiency, streamline alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and enable data-driven decision-making to optimize our GTM strategy. As our first RevOps hire, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement processes, select and integrate the right tools, and build a high-performing team to support Firebolt’s revenue growth. This role reports directly to the COO and Co-founder.

About the day to day

  • Establish the Revenue Operations strategy, structure, and best practices to support Firebolt’s growth.
  • Design and implement efficient sales, marketing, and customer success operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and data flow.
  • Identify, integrate, and manage the right tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to drive efficiency and insights.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide real-time insights into pipeline health, revenue performance, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to improve funnel efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • As the function grows, hire and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to set strategy while also executing and implementing operational improvements.
  • Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-revenue processes, sales methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in hiring and managing a team is a plus, but a strong ability to influence and drive change is key.
