We are currently searching for a Remote Sr UX Designer:

Responsibilities

Create user experience wireframes and prototypes in Figma, focusing on user needs and journeys for design execution.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to drive product innovation.
Develop design documentation, including style guides and pattern libraries, collaborating with Visual Designers to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops that align with project phases and client goals.
Present designs and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify and escalate potential business opportunities within existing projects.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX design.
Strong knowledge of wireframing, information architecture, and usability principles.
Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
Solid understanding of experience design principles and processes.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
