We are continually investing in resources and talent, so we stay prepared with specialized teams in place who are experts in creating tailored technologies. Our solutions empower Federal organizations to grow, modernize, and succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape.

We value all voices and want to attract talent from all backgrounds. We're on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about technology and thrive in environments where problem-solving is approached with creativity and enthusiasm. If you're someone who enjoys continuously expanding your skill set while tackling real-world business problems, you'll feel right at home with us. Veterans and military spouses are especially encouraged to bring your unique and valuable experience to our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager who will lead sprint teams, manage day-to-day product operations, and collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs) to develop and execute product strategies. In partnership with POs, UX, and Engineering teams, you will identify opportunities, plan work, prioritize initiatives, and track outcomes to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact IT products. By joining our organization, you'll be part of the team to bridge technology with Veteran needs and transform VA service delivery!

  • Manage product development activities, addressing blockers, and ensuring smooth execution of product plans.
  • Work with Product Owners (POs) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Engage stakeholders, be attentive to issues gleaned through research, and remain up-to-date with VA initiatives to help inform work and present unanticipated opportunities.
  • Coordinate with VA business owners to manage communications with VA executive leadership.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Drive sprint planning sessions, manage releases, and ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in product progress and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and work proactively with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IT or software development environments.
  • Proven ability to lead Agile sprint teams and manage product development cycles.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product Owners, UX, and Engineering.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs and track progress.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to obtain a public trust or other required clearance.

Preferred Skills
