Job description

This role involves creating seamless travel experiences for clients who want to travel with their pets. Coordinate pet-friendly accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services to ensure that both the client and their pets enjoy a stress-free, enjoyable travel experience. Train as a Travel Professional and specialize in pet friendly travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and book customized pet-friendly travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet travel regulations, pet-friendly accommodations, transportation options, and services.
Provide expert advice on destination regulations, vaccination requirements, pet passports, and travel insurance.
Build relationships with pet-friendly travel partners, including hotels, airlines, pet transportation services, and veterinarians.
Assist clients with special requests, such as pet-sitting, pet daycare, or emergency veterinary services at the destination.
Ensure all aspects of pet travel are seamless, including arranging pet-friendly flights, ground transportation, and appropriate accommodations.
Address any client concerns regarding traveling with pets and offer support throughout the journey.
Stay informed of industry trends, including new destinations and services catering to pet owners.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials or campaigns targeting pet-friendly travel.
