Managing Director, Managed Services

We are seeking a NetSuite Managed Services Director who will be a visionary leader responsible for driving the growth and success of our managed services practice. You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive NetSuite solutions to clients, leading a high-performing team of consultants, and forging strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations while establishing our managed services as a market leader. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for the managed services practice, aligning with the overall business goals. 
• Lead and manage a team of NetSuite consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. 
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success. 
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of managed services. 
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the managed services business. 
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of managed services engagements. 
• Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable for achieving results. 
• Develop and implement a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients . 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ERP solutions, including 5+ years in a leadership role 
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams and delivering managed services, with a proven track record of success 
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision for the future of managed services, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. 
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of NetSuite consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients. 
• A deep understanding of business processes and how NetSuite can be leveraged to drive efficiency and growth. 
• A solid understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities and industry-specific modules.
