Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time (20 hours a week)
Mon-Fri 10am-2pm PST

As the LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, you’ll be at the intersection of content creation, lead generation, and business development. Your work will directly impact the company’s visibility and client acquisition in the competitive Workday consulting space. If you’re passionate about B2B marketing, have a knack for creating engaging content, and are excited about the potential of enterprise software solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to elevate the company’s brand presence
  • Create and curate engaging content that showcases Workday implementation projects, success stories, and industry best practices
  • Craft compelling posts, articles, and updates that position the company as a thought leader in the Workday consulting space
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients, focusing on decision-makers in companies that could benefit from Workday implementation or support services
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry professionals, potential clients, and partners through LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage with promising leads, setting up consultations and appointments with interested prospects
  • Collaborate with the internal team to gather project insights and translate technical information into accessible, engaging content
  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and lead generation efforts
  • Support the company’s recruitment efforts by managing job postings and engaging with potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, including expense categorization and support for financial reporting, to gain a holistic understanding of the business
Requirements
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn content creation, management, and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise software systems is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, or similar outreach activities
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and reporting is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn’s advanced features and other social media management tools
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner
  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret engagement metrics and ROI of marketing efforts
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest trends in both social media marketing and enterprise software
