Duties and responsibilities:
Create and code tickets from client emails and phone calls.
Enter all time into the ticketing system.
Update client documentation.
Identify issue trends.
Vendor Management
Update CRM
Keep clients and other stakeholders informed.
Work with peers to resolve complex issues.
Participate in team meetings. (time permitting)

Job Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English.
At least 4 years in a technical service position providing end-user support.

Experience with iOS.
Experience with PowerShell and command line.
Experience with HTML / FTP / Websites / Hosting.
Experience with Active Directory.

Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and 3rd party applications.
