Job Details 

Hours: Full-Time 

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in: Sweden, Malta, Spain, Poland, or the USA (Nevada, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania)

You will be working for the US time zone, with the ability to travel to the US if based outside of US.

What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Key Account Manager will be: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key iGaming partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to meet client requirements and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize revenue and customer retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively adapt strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure that our services align with industry standards and regulations.

 

As an iGaming Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the rapidly evolving iGaming market. You will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the long-term success of our partnerships. 


What we ask of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in iGaming account management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to attend industry conferences and networking events.
