The Department
The Commercial Analysis team sits within the wider Revenue Operations and Analysis department which is comprised of ten people working remotely across Europe.
The Commercial Analysis team are responsible for providing analytical support to enable strategic decision making, through delivering new insights and improving the visibility of customer, product and industry sector trends.
Our team provides reports and models to different teams in the business, identifies processes to automate to increase accuracy and performance, monitors the data quality and accuracy of Salesforce data and coordinates with other teams to find solutions.
The Role
· As a KPI Analyst you will be compiling and processing invoice and opportunity data for the provision of group Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
· You will analyse outputs and trends through investigations on Salesforce, local finance contacts and output reconciling.
· You will scrutinise data to improve processes, data quality, consistency and coverage.
· You will assist in ongoing projects to introduce new data fields, new analysis tools and new revenue streams. You will meet the monthly reporting deadline, working with colleagues to ensure workloads are equally distributed under the supervision of a Senior Analyst.
· You will monitor the team’s data quality checks for any issues, investigate the root causes, and work with other teams to implement any fixes.
· You will assist in the team’s data governance tasks for any issues, investigate the root causes, and work with other teams to implement any fixes.
· You will provide daily and weekly KPI reports for different departments, including FP&A, Sales Directors and the Executive team.
· You will work on ad hoc requests from different stakeholders in the organisation.
· You will create your own solutions in various platforms (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel) with assistance from the wider team.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven KPI Analyst to join the Commercial Analysis team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, have an attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a numerical degree, workplace experience, intermediate Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables; an understanding of Alteryx or similar software is highly desirable.
