What you will do:

The purpose of this role is to audit, rebuild, and optimize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for all international countries in the International HubSpot Instance, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and scalable system. This role is responsible for cleaning up existing workflows, automating marketing processes, creating lead funnels, optimizing web assets, and training teams on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot System Overhaul & Optimization
  • Audit and remove outdated workflows, properties, lists, and automation setups that are inefficient.
  • Redesign and implement a scalable HubSpot structure to support all international countries, ensuring clear segmentation and automation.
  • Fix and optimize lead management, including tracking, scoring, and nurturing processes.
  • Standardize best practices for CRM, forms, pipelines, and email marketing to improve efficiency and usability.
2. Web Development & Funnel Creation
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, email templates, and forms using HubSpot CMS.
  • Customize HubSpot themes and create custom modules using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Design and manage lead funnels that optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.
3. Workflow Automation & CRM Management
  • Build and automate workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, third-party tools) to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and automation to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
4. Data Management & Reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across all HubSpot properties and country-specific accounts.
  • Leverage HubSpot reporting tools to create dashboards and generate performance insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, automation, and CRM structure.
5. Training & Internal Support
  • Train regional teams on how to use the newly optimized HubSpot system effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing teams across all countries.
  • Document best practices, processes, and training materials to ensure smooth adoption and consistent usage.

  • Ability to track conversion rates, engagement trends, and campaign performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing content based on performance data.
Project & Team Collaboration
  • Experience working with Coda for project tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to train and support global teams, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently.
