Are you passionate about shaping seamless digital experiences? We’re looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our Connect Team. In this role, you’ll lead Projects that integrate Trusted Shops' products into various Platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and Top Performance. Working closely with your Team, you’ll manage Modules, SDKs, and Plug-ins that enhance E-Commerce ecosystems - including Shop Software (Shopify, Magento), CRM Systems (Salesforce, Zendesk), Customer Service Tools, and Marketing Solutions like Klaviyo.

Your Key Responsibilities as IT Project Manager (f/m/d):

• Managing end-to-end Projects for the development and improvement of Modules in collaboration with internal Teams and external Developers/Agencies.

• Supporting the Team in creating technical Concepts, Briefings, and Project Plans for external Partners involved in new Connector Development.

• Evaluating and negotiating Project Calculations and proposals from external Service Providers.

• Monitoring existing Modules, gathering Customer Feedback, and driving further innovation and improvements.

• Liaising with Stakeholders to collect requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and coordinate their implementation with external Agencies.

• Ensuring high-quality technical documentation and maintaining up-to-date Integration manuals for our Customers.
