As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Sales organization, you will be at the forefront of aligning human resources strategies with business goals. You'll serve as a champion for our employees while being a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team. With your exceptional communication skills, extensive HR experience, and strategic business insights, you will drive the growth and success of our sales department. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with a mainly remote team.  

What you'll do:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and career development programs to attract and retain top sales talent.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity. Provide coaching and feedback to sales managers.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives within the sales department, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance HR processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to implement effective initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
What you’ve done:
  • Experience: Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting a sales organization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role based out of Texas is $101,000 - $126,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
