About the HR and Operations Director role...

You'll lead HR and Operations across the Americas region, including the US, Mexico, and Latin America. Working with our regional leaders, you'll help our teams collaborate better and achieve excellence in everything we do.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on, day-to-day operations. You'll help shape how we work, while building on SiteMinder's great culture. Your focus will be on making our teams more effective, keeping our people engaged, and bringing SiteMinder's values to life in everything we do.

What you'll do...

As a Senior Leader in the Americas, you'll:

  • Shape our regional HR strategy

  • Lead our Mexico office

  • Guide teams across the Americas

Your Operational Role

  • Work with our global teams to keep business running smoothly

  • Help different departments work better together

  • Manage office budgets and payroll

  • Look after our buildings and facilities

  • Make sure we follow local laws and policies

Your HR Role

  • Coach and guide our managers

  • Use data to spot trends and make improvements

  • Help shape our HR strategy

  • Guide performance reviews

  • Handle employee matters

  • Keep our HR policies up to date

  • Track and report on people costs

  • Take on other tasks as needed

What you have...

  • Extensive experience as a Senior HR Leader

  • You’re hands-on and love working with people

  • You know how to get teams working together effectively, across regions and timezones

  • You make work a positive place to be

  • You spot ways to make things better

  • You think creatively when solving problems

  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills required, with ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
