Job description

• Responding to guest inquiries via AirBnB, VRBO, direct booking, email, and phone calls.
• Help with relocating guests when maintenance issues prohibit guests from being able to check into a property.
• Contact incoming guests and offer them a variety of add-ons such as early check-in or late checkout, packages, or pet fees.
• Assist with communication between cleaning teams, maintenance teams, and guests if issues arise prior to and during the guest's stay.
• Coordinate with management if issues arise during a guest's stay.
