Group Travel Specialist

Requirements: 

• 18 years old +
• U.S or Mexican Citizen 
• Proficient in using a computer and the internet
• Ability to Communicate Effectively 
• Detail oriented - Self starter 

Responsibilities 

• You will support various groups and organizations by researching, coordinating and booking trips
• Create quotes that meet all of the clients requirements including location, food requirements, excursions and budgets
• Coordinate all required travel documents for employees I.e. passports, country entrance paperwork
• Disseminate all information to client's employees on an as needed basis 
• Process payments for groups, assuure all payment deadlines are met on time.
• Create detailed itineraries and guidelines for clients including What to Pack and What to Expect
