Who we are
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to seamlessly integrate with our New Business Sales Leadership Team (the VP of Sales Development, Head of New Vertical Sales, RVP of Strategic Sales, and RVP of Enterprise Sales) and the rest of the New Business team. You will provide assistance to the four New Business Sales Leaders, allowing them to focus on the most important tasks at hand. The role presents the opportunity to see the inner workings of a fast growing, successful company at the highest level and provide key support to ensure the continuation of this growth.
Why Attentive needs you Manage and own the calendars of our four New Business Sales Leaders by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, as well as managing their inboxesSupport on oftentimes complex or confidential matters that will make the New Business Sales Leaders more effective and efficient. Examples include, but are not limited to: arranging travel plans and itineraries, setting agendas, and note-taking during internal and external meetings. Organize sales team (~200 people) professional events, socials, team off-sites, partner events, meetings with clients, etc. Support New Business Sales team projects, and manage the progress of the resulting action items and to-dosInteract regularly and build relationships with executives across various teams at AttentivePrepare and submit personal expenses and track New Business Sales team event budgetsAssist the Sales Leaders in prioritizing daily tasksAbout you 3+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to multiple executives in a high growth startup environment Exceptional time management and organizational skillsTrusted judgment in determining as to when to escalate concernsStrong follow-up skills and ability to keep track of to-do list/competing prioritiesStrong writing skills, with consistent attention to detail in composing and proofing written materials Ability to remain organized, proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure, and react with flexibility to shifting priorities and deadlines The ability to value teamwork at all levels, while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficientYou'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000- $105,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
- This role is salaried non-exempt and eligible for overtime compensation
