About the Role:
Are you a strategic leader with a deep technical background and a passion for delivering best-in-class document management solutions? We’re seeking a Director of DMS Consulting Practice to drive business development, optimize operational processes, and lead transformational projects for top-tier Am Law 200 firms. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prestigious law firms.
• Spearhead business development efforts, expanding our footprint and service offerings.
• Provide strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Design and implement advanced content lifecycle management solutions within DMS environments.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis and develop customized client recommendations.
• Manage complex, multi-year DMS projects, specializing in NetDocuments and iManage.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay ahead of industry trends and certifications.
• Mentor consulting teams, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and white papers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience with large law firms (global firms preferred).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead business development efforts and manage billable consultants.
• Expertise: Strong background in ECM consulting, DMS design, and implementation projects.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations.
• Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of law firm governance, security, and risk management.
• Project Execution: 7+ years of leading large-scale technology implementation projects.
• Communication: Exceptional writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
