Job Requirements:

  • Min 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and email marketing. 
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media. 
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports. 
  • Implement bid strategies and budget management to meet performance goals. 
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. 
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows. 
  • Design and deliver compelling email content and templates in line with branding and marketing goals. 
  • Monitor campaign analytics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement. 
  • Collaborate on SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization.
