About our Team:

  • We are a team of delivery process experts who specialize in project management, business analysis and agile.
  • We work on products and systems in Technology that support both internal and external customers. We work very closely with Product Management, Production, and other teams across Sage to ensure changes to products are delivered successfully.
  • We are looking to fill a Delivery Manager position. This position requires someone versatile in product development delivery techniques and methodologies with an emphasis on project management.

  • Experienced in project management, familiar with its concepts, techniques, and application?
  • Experienced in both agile (especially scrum) and waterfall methodologies?
  • Interested in people, processes, systems and how they interact to deliver value to the organization?
  • Able to rapidly acquire and apply new business domain and technical knowledge.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented?
  • Able to work effectively with globally distributed teams, in a hybrid (part remote, part in-office) environment?
  • Interested in continual learning and development, specifically in project management, business analysis, and/or agile?

Your new role:

  • Manage the successful delivery of technology initiatives through either waterfall or agile methodologies (including planning and implementing schedules and budgets, harmonizing critical paths for multiple projects, and adhering to timetables, requirements and budgets).
  • Support delivery teams, assisting with communication, assessing, and raising risks and supporting delivery of successful initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholder groups and external vendors/partners.
  • Elicit, investigate, and analyze business needs and success criteria across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Work with delivery teams to generate solution ideas, review these against requirements, and present options back to the business.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build status reports, requirements documents, and internal support documentation as needed.
