Job Title
Customer Delivery Manager, Healthcare Solutions, London

Job Description

Customer Delivery Manager, London

Be central to the relationship with Philips key eMaaS customers, making sure their hospital equipment is always operational and available, and managing the usage and (if required) replacement of equipment.

Your role:

  • As the Customer Delivery Manager for the Philips enterprise monitoring as a service (eMaaS) solution, you will manage the operational delivery of our new “as a service” patient monitoring solution at one of our key NHS Customers in London.  You will use your operational, programme and stakeholder management skills to ensure our solution is delivered and operates seamlessly to support high dependency patients in Critical Care and A&E.

  • You will be key to driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction, working with the wider Philips team, Hospital Directorate, Hospital IT, EBME and Clinicians to implement the eMaaS solution and meet or exceed operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • You will manage the programme for deploying software updates, revisions and hardware changes that are implemented across the enterprise and develop business continuity plans with the customer to ensure clinical service resilience

  • You will partner with the customer to develop contractual variations to the service based on changing clinical and operational requirements.

  • You will be part of the Solutions Delivery Team and collaborate with the Solutions Business Development team to identify opportunities for added value solutions within and beyond Hospital Patient Monitoring and propose solutions to the relevant key customer stakeholders.  You will work with local Sales and Service teams to promote Philips products and use our leadership position in Hospital Patient Monitoring to increase Philips product brand loyalty.

  • You will remain up to date with Hospital Patient Monitoring latest features, product and solutions development, most notably eMaaS products and services.

  • This role offers the opportunity to work from home whilst providing onsite and remote support to our customer (up to 60% travel).  It is expected that you will be customer facing for 3 days per week.

  • From competitive salary, annual incentive bonus and company car/allowance to family friendly policies, flexible benefits and access to Philips University, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits.  Be sure to speak to your recruiter about all the benefits on offer.

You’re the right for the role if:

  • You have previous customer facing operational experience with either a clinical background or an understanding of the healthcare sector, notably in the hospital patient monitoring space, EBME or Hospital IT.

  • You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily.

  • You have strong organisational and networking skills, and you can bring different teams together to achieve a common goal.

  • You have a track record of developing long term relationships and business growth.

  • You hold a full UK Driving License.

  • Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.

  • It is expected that you will be on site at the customer location for 3 days per week to get the service up and running and to a point that it can be handed over, so flexibility and ability to travel and stay away from home overnight is essential.

If you’re interested in this role and have many, but not all, of the experiences needed, we encourage you to apply. You may still be the right candidate for this or other opportunities at Philips. Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion here .
