Job description

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Order Management team at VWR Romania. As a key member of the customer service department, you will ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction by managing order-related inquiries, handling complaints, and facilitating a seamless order fulfillment process.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast paced, international and customer focused environment (Pharma / Biosciences preferable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), existing experience with SAP or other CRM-Tools
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Motivated self-starter who enjoys having an impact, to learn and bring a new perspective into our teams
  • Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset which enables to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (French C1, English B2)

How you will thrive and create an impact:

  • Handling of customer inquiries and order amendments (adding alternatives to the customers orders, changing requested delivery date, price conformation etc.) via SAP
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to solve issues and handle existing tickets (offering alternatives etc.)
  • Review /Analysis of Open Order Reports (using applications such as Excel, Qlikview, Power BI);
  • Open Orders Management (proactively working on open sales so that we can ship goods and invoice the customers)
