This is a remote position.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5PM Quebec, CA Time with one hour unpaid break (8 hours per day)  to start.  We can be a bit more flexible once the person is trained

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or luxury retail
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and electronic ordering platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for turning challenging situations into positive outcomes
  • Resilience and positivity, maintaining a cheerful attitude during busy periods
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include some overlap with North American business hours
