We seek a highly organized team player to join a first-rate team of Service Representatives handling our Northeast customers!  We want to talk with you if you have at least one year of customer service or related experience!  

Our Service Reps support the Service team and ensure that they provide optimal support to all customers promptly. In addition, the Service Rep is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone to schedule appointments and address and resolve customer issues by assessing the situation and determining the best course of action for our logistics and service teams. This role reports to the Service Supervisor.  This will be a Remote opportunity for the right person within the Tri-State area.

Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant & professional manner and, review incoming emails and customer correspondence for a course of action, and respond to billing inquiries
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Contact customers to determine the issue and take the appropriate course of action
  • The schedule is first shift, Monday to Friday, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and overtime) when needed
  • Additional projects and other duties as assigned

 Desired Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education (GED)
  • One year or more of related customer service/customer interaction
  • Basic desktop systems: Microsoft Office, calculators, and data entry skills
  • Must be within the Eastern Time Zone
  • Confident in navigating  various platforms and technology

Preferred Experience:

  • Must communicate clearly and professionally and document each call
  • A team player who exhibits a strong work ethic
  • Ability to speak effectively with residential and business customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Reading, comprehending, and explaining documents
  • Bilingual a plus
