Role Overview:

As the Marketing Project Manager at USoftware, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing growth strategy. You will lead efforts to enhance our market presence, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and build a high-performing team. Your strategic approach will be instrumental in driving USoftware's success and solidifying our position as a leader in the SaaS industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media) from strategy to execution.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, developers) to ensure alignment.

  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize marketing spend.

  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback.

  • Define and analyze KPIs, leveraging insights to refine strategies.

  • Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and SEO optimization.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches.

  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign efficiency.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and growth.

  • Ensure brand consistency and drive brand awareness initiatives.
