What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and results driven Creative Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The Creative Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in developing business to business marketing materials, sales enablement strategies, and sales playbooks to increase effective outreach and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, prior labor service marketing experience, sales acumen, and the ability to work harmoniously across departments. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing. 

This role is US Remote. The successful candidate will be able to work a schedule in US Eastern/ Central time. 


Creative Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to equip the sales team with effective tools, collateral, and training programs that improve productivity and performance.
  • Create and optimize sales playbooks that provide clear messaging, positioning, objection handling, and use cases to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Manage CRM-driven sales content libraries, automations and reporting, ensuring the right materials are accessible at the right stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Support, Implement and oversee sales training initiatives, including onboarding, skills coaching, and ongoing education to reinforce sales methodologies over your functional areas as assigned.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure content effectiveness, training impact, and sales engagement trends.
  • Align closely with sales leadership to understand sales priorities, market dynamics, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Drive cross functional revenue program monitoring and enhancements.

Creative Marketing & Branding Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy for B2B marketing campaigns and collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and sales objectives.
  • Develop compelling visual and written content, including sales decks, digital assets, video content, infographics, and client case studies.
  • Optimize messaging frameworks for sales and marketing to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from web and social media to presentations and RFP responses.
  • Oversee design and creative execution for key sales materials, ensuring they are engaging, and high-quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create demand generation campaigns, account-based targeting (ABT) initiatives, and industry thought leadership

Proposal Development & RFP Strategy

  • Proposal Creative Support, from a collaborative seat, ensuring content is compelling, accurate, and aligned with company value propositions, strategic messaging and visuals.
  • Develop a scalable content repository for proposal and sales teams, streamlining access to key data points, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Ensure design and branding consistency in proposal materials, making them visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, proposal, operations, and executive leadership to align efforts and achieve revenue goals. Cross functional partnership duties will range but be centered in streamlining content, collateral and strategic message across all units resulting in brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with leadership on insights for strategic plan to advance TFG’s position in the market place.  Collaborative work here includes but is not limited to extracting competitive advantages and packaging to propel TFGs position towards industry mastery.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leadership, driving innovation in creative marketing and sales engagement.


Creative Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Creative Marketing and Sales enablement in labor based services, preferably within the Facilities Services Industry or one of our key verticals.
  • Previous experience creating business to business marketing materials for labor services. (required)
  • Able to work in US Eastern or Central Time.
  • Flexibility to meet the business’ needs as they arise.
  • Working knowledge and proven experience within InDesign creative software.
  • Prior experience collaborating with sales departments.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; willingness to take initiative and proactively drive solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for productive collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Effective project management skills including timely delivery.
  • Proven ability to drive decision making across projects.
  • Superior written, proofreading and group communication skills.
