Job description

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Generate and post visual and written content regularly as per the schedule for the following platforms (6 brand with 2 platforms)

• Develop engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned content, including images, graphics, videos, and captions.

• Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media platforms.

• Identify trends and opportunities for viral or high-engagement content. Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Send out a monthly newsletter covering updates from all brands.

• Create and execute one email campaign per brand per month to promote products, updates, or special offers.

• Monitor email campaign performance, analyze open/click rates, and suggest improvements.

Event & Marketing Calendar Management

• Keep track of the marketing schedule and notify the team about upcoming events.

• Assist in planning and promoting events, ensuring all necessary marketing materials are prepared.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Generate monthly analytics reports for social media, email campaigns, and ad performance.

• Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improvement based on data analysis.

• Track audience engagement, trends, and content performance for optimization. SEO & Website Optimization

• Optimize social media profiles and website content to improve SEO rankings.

• Ensure all brand websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with digital marketing best practices.

• Conduct periodic SEO audits and recommend improvements.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Create and manage Google and Meta Ads for all brands based on campaign goals.

• Ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and is optimized for performance.

• Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

• Obtain approval before processing any paid ad campaigns.

General Marketing Support

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Research competitors' marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

• Assist with additional marketing tasks as required.
