Role Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Testing to lead in quality and reliability for several surfaces and product areas of Coperniq. We expect this person to be able to lead in the design and implementation of testing infrastructure, monitoring, quality assurance, and to set the quality bar high for the company in general.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure automated testing solutions
Design and implement monitoring strategies and incident management
Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
3+ years of experience working in hands-on implementation of testing infrastructure
Experienced in our tech stack: AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, MikroORM, PostgreSQL; experience with GitLab for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Experience in leading projects, from conception to implementation to feedback integration.
