If you’re looking for a company where your work will have real impact—helping millions of small business owners thrive—let’s talk.
What you will be doing:
As Alignable’s first Controller, you’ll have a high-impact role in shaping our financial operations, optimizing processes, and laying the foundation for scalable growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take over our existing bookkeeping/admin function and assume key financial responsibilities, allowing our finance leadership to focus on big-picture strategy.
This is more than just a Controller role—it’s a rare opportunity to step into a fast-growing, mission-driven company at a pivotal inflection point. With a new product launch underway, now is the perfect time to join Alignable and help build the financial structure that will support our next stage of growth.
If you’re coming from public accounting or industry finance, this role offers the broad exposure and hands-on experience you won’t find in a traditional, siloed corporate environment. At Alignable, you’ll wear many hats, gain deep operational knowledge, and develop the financial acumen needed to scale a high-growth business.
Beyond mastering core accounting and financial processes, this role offers a clear path for advancement—including the potential to grow into a VP of Finance or even CFO. You won’t just be managing transactions—you’ll be working directly with leadership, making strategic financial decisions, and playing a critical role in driving our long-term success.
If you're looking for a fast-paced, high-growth startup where you can build, optimize, and scale financial operations while accelerating your career, this is your chance to make a real impact—and grow alongside Alignable.
