Job description

Beacon Mobility Corp.

The Content Development Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality learning materials and ensuring training programs are engaging, accessible, and aligned with company objectives. The role ensures employees have access to innovative learning resources that drive professional growth.

Content Development Specialist (Learning & Training) – Make Learning Go Viral!

Who We Are Looking For:

Are you obsessed with making content that pops? Do you believe learning should feel less like a snooze-fest and more like a binge-worthy TikTok feed? We need a Content Development Specialist who can turn training into a scroll-stopping experience! If you live for creating high-energy, engaging, and visually stunning learning content, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Content Creation Playground):

Content that Hits Different:

  • Develop fire training materials—think interactive courses, microlearning bites, TikTok-style quick hits, gamified learning, and binge-worthy video tutorials.
  • Create plug-and-play learning paths tailored to different roles and skills.
  • Collaborate with experts to make complex topics simple, fun, and engaging (no boring PowerPoints here).
  • Design sleek, mobile-first learning experiences for on-the-go learners.
  • Hack attention spans by crafting bite-sized, high-retention content.

Tech & Trendsetter Vibes:

  • Manage Workday LMS and ensure content is seamless to access.
  • Optimize content for mobile, remote, and hybrid learning.
  • Use AI-powered tools to personalize learning experiences.
  • Work with cutting-edge e-learning tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia—or whatever new tech is breaking the internet.
  • Ensure content is accessible & inclusive (because learning is for everyone).

Data & Impact (Because We Love Receipts):

  • Track engagement & learning effectiveness (yep, data is your BFF).
  • Use analytics to level up training programs.
  • Experiment with new formats & styles to see what sticks—and what flops.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in instructional design, e-learning, content creation, or just being ridiculously good at making learning exciting.
Ability to create snackable, high-energy training content that actually keeps people engaged.
Background in microlearning, gamification, and modern learning methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
Strong LMS knowledge (Workday LMS = preferred).
Experience in video editing, graphic design, or even social media content creation is a huge plus!
Passion for storytelling, education, and making learning a whole vibe.

Who Should Apply?

If you’ve got a background in marketing, education, communications, journalism, business, design, writing, or tech, we want to hear from you!
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but if you’ve got killer skills and a portfolio that speaks for itself, we’re listening.
