Coaching Trainer

Temporary position for 6 months

We’re looking for a coaching specialist with ICF credentials. As a coaching trainer, you provide support to dedicated coaching teams to ensure a standardized and optimal coaching approach for disability management claims specialists. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, in-depth understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to :

• Advise, recommend and support coaching teams across Canada to develop a coaching approach that complies with ICF credential practices.

• Train coaches to ensure a standardized and optimal coaching approach for disability management claims specialists.  

• Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility.

• Identify and analyze issues.

• Address significant issues.

• Diagnose issues and make recommendations to the manager.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of six years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• ICF credentials

• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec    

• Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
