Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a skilled Civil Defense Litigation Attorney to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Insurance Defense
  • Construction Litigation
  • Employment Law
  • Bodily Injury Defense

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception to resolution.

Qualifications:
