Sr Manager Customer Business 

 

As a Senior Manager for Customer Business at Morante, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with customer needs, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and value. You will work closely with various departments to foster a customer-centric culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align business objectives with customer needs;
  • Implement initiatives that drive customer-centric culture and continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure delivery of exceptional service and value;
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform business strategies;
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer-focused programs;
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth;
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals;
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement;
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

 

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in customer engagement and business development;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy;
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer-focused programs;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience in the life sciences industry;
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations;
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 165057.87 - 247586.81. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
