Job description

Across the United States, 6 in 10 adults – or 133 million Americans, live with one or more chronic conditions. Chronic disease is today’s leading cause of death and disability in the US and the leading driver of the nation’s $4.1 trillion in annual healthcare costs. Patients who live with chronic conditions require far more touch points than our primary care physicians have time to deliver and the result is countless health emergencies and costly ER visits that could be prevented. Workforce shortages and lack of technologies make it difficult to give patients the attention they need.

At Cadence, our mission is to deliver life-changing care to over one million patients living with chronic disease by the end of the decade. We mitigate the impact of chronic disease by using technology and a world-class clinical team to remotely monitor, manage, and support patients at home. Together with our growing network of health system partners, we deliver guideline-directed care to tens of thousands of patients today while producing best-in-class clinical outcomes.

Cadence Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. As a Business Systems Administrator, you will manage and optimize our critical enterprise business applications, including Regal, Salesforce, and other growth-oriented and specialized SaaS tools. This role will be responsible for ensuring system reliability & scalability, driving process automation, and supporting cross-functional teams in leveraging our technology. Cross-team collaboration is essential as you partner with our Growth, Sales, Patient Success, and Marketing teams to develop solutions that drive and accelerate growth. By working closely with stakeholders, you will streamline operations, solve inefficiencies, and unlock new opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • System Administration & Engineering: Manage, maintain, and optimize Regal, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other business applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Process Automation: Implement workflows and automation to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and proper syncing across platforms.
  • Integration & API Management: Oversee integrations between applications
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement new features & technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and use.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve them.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3+ years of prior experience as a system administrator with proficiency in contact-center, sales, sales-enablement, and marketing tools.
  • Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams
  • Fluency in sales, go-to-market, and customer service workflows and excel at identifying opportunities where our technology could grow our business
  • You are results and outcome driven, with a bias toward building and execution
  • Capable of understanding competing priorities within a fast-paced environment and the ability to effectively prioritize
  • Obsessive focus on automation to help scale IT operations
  • You possess some technical skill in at least one programming general purpose language
  • You have sufficient knowledge of Rest API frameworks to construct API-based integrations between systems
