Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our Client's innovative e-commerce team in a part-time capacity, with the exciting potential for full-time growth. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our financial operations, managing a dual-system invoice entry process and ensuring smooth accounts receivable operations. You’ll work with both QuickBooks and Distro, our MRP system, giving you exposure to advanced inventory and supply chain management tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our operational efficiency and contribute to our company’s growth trajectory. Responsibilities
  • Master our dual-system invoice entry process, accurately inputting data into both QuickBooks and Distro for approximately 30 daily orders
  • Take ownership of the accounts receivable process, including crafting and sending follow-up communications to customers with outstanding balances
  • Become an expert in reconciling financial records between our accounting and inventory management systems
  • Contribute to the improvement of our financial processes, suggesting and implementing efficiency measures
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide insights on financial data and trends
  • Assist in other bookkeeping and financial management tasks as our business grows and evolves

  • Sharp eye for detail and a track record of maintaining high accuracy in data entry and financial records
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer follow-ups
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and invoice processing
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
  • Adaptability and eagerness to grow with our company, potentially transitioning to a full-time role in the future
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail financial processes is a plus
