Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Performs Inside Sales duties with a primary focus on existing clients or within existing channels.
• Develops new leads through research, cold-calling, networking and strategizing with contacts and prospects within an assigned industry or territory.
• Maintains a healthy pipeline through follow-up calls, emails and social media.
• Educates clients in the use of Company products, tools and service offerings.
• Engages with clients to understand product / service requirements and expectations, identifying opportunities to cross- and upsell.
• Presents and demonstrates products via virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom etc.
• Partners with the Pre-Sales Support & Solutions team members team for complex demos.
• Prospects, qualifies and generates sales among targeted or potential clients.
• Resolves client questions and complaints, escalating issues of greater complexity to higher levels.
• Inputs and updates all required client information in sales funnel / order generation software in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Utilizes CRM, capturing accurate and complete information, tracking orders and following up as needed.
• Maintains client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Meets monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
