Truss is seeking a skilled, hands-on, software engineer to join our team. You will be joining a group of experienced technologists who are passionate about building reliable and secure solutions and value communication and a collaborative approach.
This person will need to get up to speed on complex code and tax logic quickly and mostly independently.
The idea candidate should be comfortable working within a fast pace environment, on a project that expects constant delivery. Engineers at Truss work closely with technical product managers, designers, delivery managers, and engineers to: define tickets in order to accomplish product roadmap goals, and commit to scope of work accomplished in 2-week sprints.
L4 candidates will be expected to have experience leading and actively mentoring junior engineers while supporting healthy team dynamics that empower technical teams to set and advocate for best practices and standards.
This is a fully remote position.
Candidates with active Public Trust clearance will be prioritized.
