Job description

About Us

Oliv.AI is a SalesTech global startup headquartered in San Francisco, debuting the world's first team of AI Agents for sales. With our recent $5.2M Seed funding, we solve one of the biggest problems for revenue teams: unreliable deal data. Oliv captures Deal Intelligence from every meeting, call, and email—without any rep involvement. The result is a clear, detailed view of every deal, presented in scorecards built on trusted sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED. Our AI agents are built for sales teams—sales managers, AEs, and RevOps—handling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.

About The Role:

As part of our growing engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain engaging and high-performance frontend experiences that our users love and interact with daily. You'll be working with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS to create seamless user interfaces that meet our high standards for both usability and performance.

We are looking for frontend engineers who have a strong passion for creating intuitive, beautiful user interfaces while keeping performance and scalability in mind. You will thrive here if you are enthusiastic about improving your craft, enjoy learning new technologies, and are comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will play a key role in developing new features, iterating on user feedback, and enhancing the overall user experience. We're a small but dedicated team, and we value engineers who take ownership, solve challenging problems, and contribute to the development of both our products and our engineering culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend features using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications, focusing on both performance and usability.
  • Take ownership of frontend components, ensuring they are well-tested, documented, and aligned with our coding standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to improving our development practices.
  • Participate in regular feedback loops and make data-driven improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Continuously improve the frontend architecture and ensure the application scales efficiently as we grow.
  • Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and trends and bring new ideas and improvements to the table.

What We Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, including its type system and best practices.
  • Experience working with Tailwind CSS and building responsive, accessible, and highly performant UIs.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of frontend state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand user needs and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive compensation package, including meaningful equity with terms you'll actually be able to benefit from.
  • Group Health Insurance & Wellness Plan: Comprehensive health benefits, including insurance coverage for family members, access to medical specialists, mental health support, nutrition advice, and annual health check-ups.
  • Unlimited paid time off, sick leave, and a flexible remote work-from-home (WFH) policy #LI-remote.
  • All the tools you need to succeed, including a MacBook.
  • Flexible work hours because we want you to work in the best way for you.
  • Opportunities to accelerate your career growth with tailored personal development plans and regular skill-building programs.
  • A collaborative and open team culture where your input is valued and encouraged.

We want to make sure everyone has an equal chance to participate and make a difference. Oliv.AI is an equal opportunity employer and prioritizes building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants of any type and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, genetic information or characteristic, gender identity and expression, veteran status, or other non-job related characteristics or other prohibited grounds specified in applicable federal, state, and local laws.
