THE SCOPE
The Analyst, Measurement & Attribution will establish and implement data-driven Brand and Program Marketing campaign planning support and reporting workflows to further accelerate growth. In this position, you will be responsible for Brand Marketing as well as Program Marketing campaign reporting needs – focusing on insights that will drive viewership and support subscriber acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in executing effective reporting, driving measurable results, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and a focusing on optimizations and recommendations that drive incremental growth. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in planning and executing testing initiatives to develop new learnings.
THE DAILY
Develop clear and meaningful reporting & insights supporting Brand and Program Marketing campaigns.
Analyze and evaluate Program Marketing activities to determine effectiveness and impact on goaled outcomes.
Lead conversations with internal and external cross functional teams to align reporting of goals and KPIs to meet clients’ needs.
Partner with data science team to project campaign outcomes using tools built by data science. Effectively communicate results.
Develop and execute impactful media tests for directly-supported client teams.
Partner with internal partner marketing teams as well as agency teams to develop and implement large scale full funnel testing priorities
Ensure data quality of input variables leveraged by data science partners to build models.
Collaborate with Business Development, Distribution, Brand, and Originals Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Keep Senior team and other stakeholders informed of achievement of goals and marketing trends.
Collaborate with agencies and 3rd party vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
THE ESSENTIAL
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals.
Experience working in highly cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
Experience working with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. Experience in SQL is also a plus.
Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform program marketers and make recommendations.
Experience developing large-scale and small-scale media tests across digital, social, as well as non-addressable media channels.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities — must be able to understand the needs of key clients and balance cross functional teams’ needs, reacting quickly, dynamically, and intelligently.
Strong presentation skills are a must.
Familiarity with organic and paid media campaigns.
Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
Savvy in building decks and able to synthesize strategy and plans for various audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and strong understanding of business statistics
