We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js and TypeScript) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and its ecosystem.
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, WebSockets, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including DocumentDB, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, API Gateway, RDS, AmazonMQ, and other AWS-oriented services.
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
- Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL (Amazon RDS) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB) databases.
- Expertise in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best software development practices.
You will get the chance to:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services utilizing Node.js, Express, and WebSockets.
- Create and enhance REST APIs while integrating with external services.
- Implement AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Step Functions, RDS, and AmazonMQ using the AWS SDK, and manage infrastructure through Terraform.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB, to optimize queries and improve database performance.
- Develop responsive, high-performance applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Uphold code quality and best practices by employing tools like ESLint, Prettier, Commitlint, and Husky.
- Write unit and integration tests with Jest, ts-jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, and Testcontainers.
- Ensure comprehensive API documentation and validation using OpenAPI (oas-transpiler, ajv) and enforce API linting with Spectral.
- Enhance application performance through load testing with K6.
- Manage application state and real-time updates using Socket.io.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate streamlined deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best development practices and guide architectural decisions.
