Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
100% Remote within California, Must reside in California

What You’ll Do

The Analyst, FP&A is a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, working in collaboration with the finance, advancement, and programs teams. As a critical support to the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Analyst, FP&A will assist in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, leading to continuing financial sustainability, cost recovery strategies, and future insights. This position manages tight deadlines and a multitude of activities including costing allocations, budget proposal support, financial reporting and analysis support, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.

  • Monitors and maintains the FP&A, Jira support desk ensuring the FP&A team is organized and meets deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Performs various tasks to support the budget and forecast cycles; such as personnel updates, budget template preparation, quarterly portfolio analysis and supports the costing allocation process in Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Builds relationships with the Advancement division and programmatic departments to develop financially sound, effective and efficient budgets for contracts and proposals.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
