Bilingual Customer Service Representative — Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is hiring two bilingual customer service professionals for their Absence Management Claims Contact Center. This fully remote role, open to candidates across Canada, offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Working hours (EST): Rotational shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver trusted, professional, and reliable service to clients, building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, striving for first-call resolution.
• Maintain quality and productivity expectations to ensure a positive client experience.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, maintaining a positive and cooperative tone.
• Stay up to date with product, industry, service, and policy changes through ongoing training.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Research issues, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Promote self-service tools when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary education or high school diploma.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or clerical role.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette and business writing abilities.
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Effective listening and problem-resolution skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a rapidly changing call center environment.
• Experience in insurance or healthcare is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
