As a Customer Service Employee, you will be part of an experienced team consisting of 9 colleagues. Together with these colleagues, you will deal with existing customer relationships and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You ensure that the customer's order is correctly translated to the operation and monitor the entire process. You know how to actively respond to the customer's signals and then use your service-oriented attitude to make the difference and ensure that you can translate the customer's wishes into concrete agreements. Together with the other internal departments, you stay in touch with the operational processes and ensure that agreements made are kept. In the overall process, you are involved daily in processing orders and communicating with our customers for the smooth running of the logistics activities.
Vereisten
An education on at least MBO+/HBO level, preferably in logistics direction
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing
Service-oriented and customer oriented attitude
Excellent communication
