What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the Transition:

    • Oversee the entire migration process from our current system to a new, cutting-edge platform.

    • Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.

    Bridge the Gap:

    • Act as a key liaison between English- and Chinese-speaking teams, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

    • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.

    Drive Execution:

    • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

    Ensure Quality:

    • Partner with technical teams to validate system requirements, test functionality, and ensure the new platform meets performance benchmarks.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.

    Support Change Management:

    • Develop training materials and host workshops to guide users in adapting to the new system.

    • Gather feedback from users post-migration and work on continuous improvements.

    Communicate Progress:

    • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project.
