Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Prepare Schedules of condition and dilapidation
  • Undertake Building Surveys on residential and commercial property

Skills required:

  • A recently qualified (MRICS/AssocRICS) surveyor who is looking to take on a wide range of work but has a solid background in Building Surveying.
  • Must be able to read leases, prepare survey reports, and advise upon condition and repair.
  • Will also need to be IT literate and able to communicate well with the business.
  • RICS Qualified
  • Able to undertake RICS Condition reports (Homebuyers / Building Surveys)
