About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join one of Ruby Labs' portfolio companies in the gaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our game portfolio by identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with game providers. The ideal candidate will build and nurture relationships with game studios and integration partners while driving commercial success for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new game providers and content partners for our platform

  • Negotiate commercial terms and integration details with potential partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing game providers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth

  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate smooth game integrations

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities

  • Create and execute a strategic roadmap for game content expansion

  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations

  • Monitor performance metrics of integrated games and optimize the portfolio accordingly

  • Provide regular reports on partnership status, pipeline development, and revenue performance

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar role, preferably in the gaming industry

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnership deals

  • Strong understanding of API integrations and technical requirements for game platforms

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels

  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

  • Experience with contract management and partnership agreements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of the online casino or iGaming industry is preferred

Location
