Job Summary

We are seeking experienced IT Operation Support. This role extends beyond APAC support. They should actively contribute to a variety of IT-related functions, management responsibilities, and projects. This entails collaborating on IT projects, such as enhancing and implementing cloud infrastructure services. Moreover, their involvement should encompass providing general user support, leading new employee setups, overseeing first-day orientations, managing user terminations, and curating documentation for both internal use and user guidance, covering present and future requirements.

Requirements
  • End Point security and management (must-have)
  • Microsoft/Active Directory administration (must-have)
  • System administration & basic housekeeping (onboarding & offboarding of users)
  • Low-code / no-code would be great or logic (workflow) or automation experience
  • Some experience on data migration project
  • Experience on supporting Mac devices
