Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – California

Job Description:
We are hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide high-quality care to individuals and families. If you're looking for a position with flexibility, professional support, and the chance to truly make a difference, this role is for you.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time, 100% remote work
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Work alongside other professionals to ensure holistic client care.
  • Document client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep up to date with evolving practices in mental health care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
