Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – California

Job Description:
We’re looking for licensed mental health professionals to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to make a real difference while working in a flexible and supportive environment. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time, fully remote position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.
  • Stay informed on emerging best practices in mental health treatment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
  • Active California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
