Position Overview
The Global Delivery Head job description outlines a leadership position within Information Services Group (ISG), where the individual is responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships for a portfolio of 50-90 clients in the governance services P&L.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities may include:
Client Onboarding and Management: Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing ongoing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and renewal
Solution Development: Leading the creation and delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within their respective industry verticals
Client Relationship:Strong account management know how and ability to foster lasting client relationships
Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing team consisting of consultants, account managers, delivery managers, and a 400-strong offshore staff
Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities within the vertical, driving sales efforts, and managing the proposal process
Market Analysis: Staying informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Thought Leadership: Representing ISG as a subject matter expert, contributing to industry publications, and participating in conferences
Required Skillsets
This is a remote position based in the US
Travel may be necessary and can be up to 40%
